Three Pitchers Team Up as Apreda Baseball Club 14u Shuts Out Frozen Ropes Titans

Apreda Baseball Club 14u defeated Frozen Ropes Titans 13-0 on Saturday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Rob Chaneski induced a groundout from Shapiro to finish off the game.

Apreda Baseball Club 14u secured the victory thanks to ten runs in the second inning. The big inning was thanks to a error, a single by Rob Chaneski, a walk by Kyle Turanick, a walk , a walk by Sean Brown, a groundout by Will Rodriguez, and a single by Daniel Magglio.

A single by Duffy in the first inning was a positive for Frozen Ropes Titans.

Niko Akos earned the win for Apreda Baseball Club 14u . He went one inning, allowing zero runs, one hit, striking out one, and walking zero. Brown threw one inning, as two relievers helped Apreda Baseball Club 14u finish off the victory.

Nicholas Barros, Rodriguez, and Tyler McDowell each drove in two runs to lead Apreda Baseball Club 14u . Apreda Baseball Club 14u was sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Barros made the most plays with five. Apreda Baseball Club 14u stole eight bases during the game as three players stole more than one. Rodriguez led the way with three.

Duffy went 1-for-1 at the plate to lead Frozen Ropes Titans in hits.
